Floor Care Technician

Lippert is hiring full-time Second Shift Support Crew Members and Technicians to join our Floor Care Services team
. We work with high-end commercial clients
, restoring and maintaining building interiors using the latest technology, equipment, and processes

• Perform commercial floor care maintenance and interior restoration services
• Restore, protect, and maintain the appearance and integrity of client facilities
• Use innovative floor care methods and specialty services
• Work with a team focused on quality, consistency, and client satisfaction
• Help protect and retain our clients’ interior investments

• Deliver innovative specialty services using modern technology

• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must contain a valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Starting pay: $18–$20/hour (based on position and experience)
