, a regional leader in industrial gas and welding supply distribution, is seeking a Branch Support Associate in Menomonee Falls, WI
. This is a critical role responsible for handling day-to-day operations at the branch with a multi-faceted approach to supporting our customers, as well as coordinating the transfer of product between locations.

• Maintain store inventory levels and proper labeling of products
• Load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment (i.e. operating forklifts) and maintain warehouse organization
• Prepare and complete daily orders for customer shipments/deliveries; includes picking orders, material packaging, labeling shipments, and paperwork completion
• Maintain cleanliness of the building to ensure safety of all employees, customers, and visitors
• Will help prepare OSC delivery driver’s load and will help to unload for each day’s delivery route

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing welding equipment and supplies by applying technical knowledge to meet their needs
• Provide excellent customer support
• Work closely with Sales Department to assist with customer quotes, questions and orders
• Field incoming calls to branch location
• Communicate and cultivate the Core Values of Oxygen Service Company internally and externally
• Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships
• Attend and participate in scheduled department meetings
• Prepare customer pickup orders
• Process and manage cylinder transactions

• Perform one-off deliveries as customers require
• Operate company vehicle in a professional, safe and courteous manner following all traffic rules

• Perform a variety of special projects as assigned by supervisor
• Cover Appleton store, as needed.
