Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, gearboxes, couplings, conveyor systems, and production machines to ensure reliable operation;
Observe equipment in operation to identify mechanical issues, using precision measuring tools and engineering diagrams to diagnose problems;
Remove, repair, and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools, ensuring proper installation and alignment;
Set up equipment, make adjustments, perform minor repairs, and replace tooling to maintain machine functionality and product quality;
Collaborate with production employees, leads, process managers, and engineers to maximize machine uptime and support process improvements
