Perform facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards;
Document work in CMMS;
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and patient care equipment;
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, refrigeration, piping, electrical) within defined parameters;
Perform routine to moderately complex maintenance in grounds, carpentry, painting, and snow removal; respond to emergencies and building occupant requests
