Founders 3 Management Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician/Building Engineer for a multi-building portfolio in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will monitor properties, conduct regular walk-throughs, and manage maintenance programs, preventive maintenance and repairs to plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate has advanced technical education or certifications in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
