We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in The Greater Milwaukee Area. In this role, you’ll keep our molding, automation, and facility systems operating at peak performance. You’ll work on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support production teams with technical expertise.

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production and support equipment
• Maintain molding machinery, automation systems, HVAC, compressed air, and chiller systems
• Follow and provide input on the preventive maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)
• Assist with machine set‑up and calibration as required
• Complete emergency/unscheduled repairs and document all work performed
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime
• Support safety initiatives, including LOTO procedures and forklift operations
