Perform daily, weekly, and monthly facilities tasks and inspections with a high attention to detail to identify necessary repairs;
Assist in coordinating routine maintenance and timely repairs with manager in areas such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and related building components;
Oversee vendor activities and monitor progress to ensure quality of work;
Maintain life-safety systems and ensure operational building emergency systems via inspections and vendor contracts;
Assist with reviewing vendor billing and coordinating cubical moves and reconfigurations as needed
