As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, guidelines, and methods, and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.

Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring they are rotated and stored properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when they are low.
