Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Manager with strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical expertise to lead maintenance operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive quality initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent repeat issues.
• Review and monitor rotating equipment conditions.
• Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in equipment design to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering sketches.
• Create and present reports detailing maintenance activities, equipment status, shutdown planning, and cost control.
• Lead and develop technicians while holding teams accountable to performance standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology—or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills.
• Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Reliability‑driven mindset with emphasis on preventive maintenance and uptime improvement.
• Experience with CMMS optimization including scheduling, reporting, and workflow improvement.
• Knowledge of relevant OSHA requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
