Job Title:

Welder and Fitter Job Description Candidates are responsible for either MIG, TIG, or fluxcore welding of parts for our US military, as well as fixtures for frames, tanks, and enclosures. Experience using blueprints and quality tools is necessary, as you will work with a smaller volume and mix of parts.

• Perform MIG, TIG, and fluxcore welding on various parts and fixtures.
• Use blueprints to guide welding and fabrication processes.
• Ensure quality of welds using appropriate quality tools.
• Adapt to working with a smaller volume and diverse mix of parts.

• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Experience with fluxcore welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong fabrication skills.

• TIG welding experience.
• Relevant classes or training in welding from school.

Work in a clean and family-friendly shop. The position offers a 1st shift from 6am-2pm and a 2nd shift from 2pm-12am, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mequon, WI.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
