Executive Housekeeper Live Out

A family of five in Ridgefield, CT seeks an experienced full‑time Executive Housekeeper to join their established household team.

• Deep cleaning and daily maintenance of the main residence and two additional buildings on the property.
• Proper care and treatment of all household surfaces, including wood, glass, and stone.
• Preparation of the home for the arrival of the principals and guests.
• Maintenance of organization throughout the home, family laundry, ironing, and care of fine linens.
• Assistance with special projects.
• Care of a friendly medium‑sized dog.
• Working in a physically active environment on a multi‑level home with many stairs.
• Collaboration with and oversight of another housekeeper on staff.

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in formal, fully staffed homes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating workload and schedule changes based on the principals’ itineraries.

• Typical weekday schedule: 8a.m. to 4p.m., 40hours per week.
• Weekend coverage or participation in a rotating weekend schedule; occasional weekend availability may be accommodated.
• Salary: $45–$50 per hour.
