• Maintain the cleanliness of the park in both outdoor areas and indoor office spaces.
• Execute tasks as outlined in training and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Complete regular and rotating weekly cleaning tasks as assigned during shift periods.
• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with their questions or issues.
• Ensure the park pathways and patios are litter free.
• Maintain clean condiment and food line areas.
• Ensure trash receptacles are clean and free of spills visually.
• Sweep and/or mop interior floors.
• Accurately and promptly report maintenance problems to proper authorities.
• Ensure benches and flowerbeds are clean and free of debris.
• Ensure parking lots (guest and employee) are free of trash.
• Protect guests’ belongings, deliver lost and found items immediately.
• Proactively monitor the park for safety hazards (e.g., wet floors, tripping hazards, etc.).
• Maintain records on all work completed and safety inspections.
• Ensure ADA standards are met in each location.
• All other duties and special projects assigned by leadership.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to comply with all uniform policies.
• Strong attention to detail and desire to keep park clean and presentable.
• Ability to safely and properly use a variety of cleaning equipment, including brooms and mops.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with park guidelines.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive manner.
• Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English;
  Spanish or other bilingual skills are a plus.
• No education or prior experience required.

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, kneel, bend, or squat for long periods.
• Ability to remain on feet for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 30 pounds or more.
• Ability to consistently use hands to grasp, control, and move objects/tools.
• Ability to see details of objects that are more than a few feet away.

• Frequent exposure to outdoor and indoor areas of the park.
• Exposure to variable outdoor temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, and ice.
• Subject to constant repetitive motion, high noise levels, flashing lights, and highly populated areas.
• Exposure to various cleaning chemicals and blood borne pathogens; proper PPE is required.
• Subject to frequent interruptions that may require reprioritization of activities.
