The Maintenance Tech Associate II will be primarily responsible for maintaining all areas of the building, including fitness equipment. They will be responsible for club cleanliness and upkeep of all areas.

• Hourly pay based on relevant experience.
• Full-time hours.

• Minimum one (1) year(s) experience in building maintenance.
• Ability to work alone and stay on task.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Understand basic computer functions along with Excel/Word.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
