Porter​/Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Full-Time Porter to join the team at our newest apartment community in Meridian. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Onsite Manager to ensure our community remains in peak condition. Your daily impact includes:

• Curb Appeal & Grounds:
  Maintaining a "5-star" first impression through light landscaping, groundskeeping, and ensuring common areas are pristine.
• The "Turn" Process:
  Partnering with the team to transition vacant units into "rent-ready" status through painting, cleaning, and light mechanical prep.
• Systems Support:
  Assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks under professional supervision.
• Customer Excellence:
  Providing top-tier service to our residents, ensuring their homes are well-maintained and their concerns are addressed promptly.

This position is designed for someone who wants to learn the trade. While you start with the essentials of property upkeep, you will have the opportunity to:
