Location: The Threefoot Hotel, Meridian, MS
Starting at: $16 an hour (Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall background).

This position reports directly to the Chief Engineer and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Engineering Department while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and exceptional guest environment.

What We're Looking For:- Previous experience in maintenance, hotel engineering, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field preferred
. - Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team member.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
