We offer a starting pay of $18.75 per hour
, along with a weekend differential of $3.00 per hour
. This means that with weekend work and the potential for overtime (3 to 5 hours per week), many team members exceed the base rate. (Overtime is not guaranteed, and actual earnings vary by schedule)
Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, five days on and two days off
Overnight: 8:30 PM – 4 AM, five days on and two days off

Criteria- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work morning, evening, or overnight hours
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
While not required, management experience and experience in manual labor, delivery driving, or maintenance/landscaping are a huge plus!
Your RoleAs a Property Maintenance Technician, you move through your day with purpose, starting each shift by inspecting assigned properties to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards. You remove debris, operate maintenance sweeper vehicles, and address potential hazards before they become problems. You stay connected with your teammates, working together to create secure, welcoming environments for residents and visitors. Throughout the shift, you take ownership of your equipment, keeping sweeper trucks clean, functional, and ready to perform, knowing your attention to detail directly reflects the quality of the properties we maintain.
