Groundskeeper​/Maintenance technician

Kansas City Hyundai is seeking a dependable, hardworking

• Maintain the appearance of the dealership grounds and parking lots.
• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Paint interior and exterior areas as needed.
• Replace light bulbs and light fixtures.
• Perform light plumbing repairs.
• Complete small carpentry and general maintenance projects.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and ice treatment.
• Keep the dealership clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and employees.
• Help with miscellaneous facility projects as needed.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Basic maintenance, handyman, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• $17–$20 per hour
  , depending on experience.
• Weekly pay.
• 3 weeks of paid vacation after your first year.
