Beyond Clean Solutions is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaning Staff / Commercial Cleaners
.

As a member of the Beyond Clean Solutions Cleaning Staff
, you will provide professional cleaning services to commercial clients throughout Suffolk County
. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and understand the importance of maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional business environments.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position
, not a traditional W-2 employee position.

Pay ranges from $18-20.00
, depending experience

The number of cleaning opportunities may vary based on client demand, contracts, and scheduling.

• Clean and maintain commercial properties according to company and client expectations.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, waiting areas, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace trash bags.
• Clean and disinfect countertops, desks, tables, sinks, toilets, and other surfaces.
• Clean floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other interior surfaces when assigned.
• Restock restroom supplies when required.
• Perform deep-cleaning services when assigned.
• Follow specific client instructions and cleaning checklists.
• Safely use cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns when identified.
• Maintain professionalism while working at client locations.
• Communicate effectively with the Beyond Clean Solutions team.
• Arrive on time and be dependable for scheduled cleaning assignments.
• Respect client property, equipment, and confidential business environments.
• Help maintain the high-quality service and positive reputation of Beyond Clean Solutions.

• Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not always required.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and, when necessary, as part of a cleaning team.
• Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned cleaning locations throughout Suffolk County.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proper documentation.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude.
• Must be comfortable working in offices, businesses, and other commercial environments.
• Must be dependable and committed to providing excellent service.
