CASA Consulting, LLC - Regional Painter The CASA Healthcare Team

is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Regional Painter to join our team. Essential Responsibilities
  • This position is field based with travel to various Casa facilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.

  • Paint and refinish interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and furniture.

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.

  • Perform routine preparatory maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facilities.

  • Assist with preventative maintenance projects and work order completion at all campuses.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in a safe and organized manner.

  • Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to facility requests.

  • Collaborate with facilities to ensure a safe, attractive, and well‑maintained environment.

Qualifications
  • Previous painting experience required

  • Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while taking direction from multiple sources.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to facilities throughout Lake County Indiana.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing ladders, and moving equipment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
