FW Maintenance Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building and grounds maintenance across residential and community-based sites
• Complete preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on facilities and equipment
• Respond to work orders and urgent repair needs in a timely, professional manner
• Coordinate with care teams and vendors to schedule and complete maintenance tasks
• Document all maintenance activities, materials used, and outcomes accurately
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards in all work areas
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in good working order
• Support facility moves, setups, and minor renovations as needed
