As an Assistant Maintenance team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintainability of our facilities, equipment, and surroundings. Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: cleaning, painting, and repairing various areas of the facility
- Assist with the maintenance of equipment, including but not limited to: refrigerators, dishwashers, and HVAC systems
- Keep the facility's common areas, including but not limited to: floors, walls, and ceilings, in a clean and tidy condition
- Assist with the upkeep of the facility's grounds, including but not limited to: mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, and trimming bushes
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and ensure completion of projects in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
