Schedule:
Hours per day – 8
Days per week – 5
Schedule:
6:45 a.m.
- 2:45 p.m.
- 1. Performs basic building maintenance and repair.
- 2. Repairs, maintains and installs electrical systems and equipment such as motors, transformers, and wiring.
- 3. Knowledgeable and confident to work on systems up to 277 volts.
- 4. Repairs and maintains mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and systems.
- 5. Performs basic repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system.
- 6. Performs welding and braising as required.
- 7. Performs computerized programming of Heating and Cooling systems.
- 8. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance Services.
- 9. Performs snow plowing.
- 10. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance Services.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and crawl under desks/tables
QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience preferred
- Computer literacy preferred
- Experienced in snow plowing
- Must have passed the Maintenance test with a minimum score of 75%
