Nexus Employment is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Associate for the Portage, Indiana area.
Job Summary :
Making sure property is fully functional
Fixing Air Conditioning units , lighting fixtures, slight plumbing issues
Travel between all buildings in local vicinitymust be able to paint and hang dry wallable to use hand tools and light machineryfabricationalso have electrical experience
Must have basic experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general facilities maintenance.
