Power wash commercial kitchen exhaust systems to include hoods, duct work, filters and exhaust fans per company and industry standards while protecting customers’ facility and equipment from damage;
Meet the cleaning standards as outlined in NFPA 96;
Provide accurate, timely reports, as well before and after pictures of all cleanings to their managers as per company standard;
Work in a safe manner as outlined by company safety procedures including the driving, personal protective equipment;
Perform and other tasks assigned by the Hood and Duct Scheduling Manager or the Hood and Duct Manager
