** Overview*
* ABM is seeking a dependable and safety-focused
** Exterior Grounds / Pressure Washing Technician
** to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the campus. This position is primarily responsible for pressure washing exterior surfaces throughout the property using an ABM-provided truck and pressure-washing equipment.
The selected employee will be responsible for the proper operation, daily inspection, cleanliness, and security of the assigned ABM vehicle, pressure washer, tools, and related equipment.

** Responsibilities*
* ** Essential Duties and Responsibility*
* + Pressure washes sidewalks, walkways, building entrances, loading areas, curbs, parking areas, exterior walls, and other designated surfaces.
+ Remove dirt, stains, mold, mildew, gum, oil, debris, and other buildup from exterior surfaces.
+ Operate an ABM-provided truck and transport pressure-washing equipment safely throughout the campus.
+ Perform daily inspections of the assigned truck, pressure washer, hoses, nozzles, water tanks, and related equipment.
+ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned vehicle and equipment.
+ Report vehicle damage, equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, safety hazards, or property damage immediately.
+ Set up cones, barricades, caution signs, and other safety controls before beginning work.
+ Follow all ABM, Blue Origin, OSHA, environmental, and site-specific safety requirements.
+ Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, safety footwear, and high-visibility clothing.
+ Protect buildings, vehicles, landscaping, pedestrians, and sensitive equipment while pressure washing.
+ Properly manage water runoff, cleaning solutions, and wastewater in accordance with site and environmental requirements.
+ Complete assigned work orders, inspection forms, vehicle logs, and equipment records.
+ Assist with other exterior grounds, cleanup, or facility-support duties as assigned.
+ Maintain a professional appearance and interact respectfully with ABM employees, Blue Origin personnel, visitors, and vendors.
** Qualifications*
* + Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.
+ Ability to safely operate a truck, pressure washer, hoses, and related equipment.
+ Previous pressure-washing, grounds-maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, or exterior-cleaning experience is preferred.
+ Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
+ Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes and tasks.
+ Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
+ Must be available to work some weekends, holidays, early mornings, or extended hours when needed.
** Key Performance*
* + Completes pressure-washing assignments safely and on schedule.
+ Maintains the ABM truck and equipment in clean, secure, and serviceable condition.
+ Consistently follows campus safety, environmental, and security procedures.
+ Reports equipment, vehicle, and property concerns promptly.
+ Produces clean, professional, and consistent results across the Blue Origin campus.
