Shift and Pay

• Shift A:
  Monday thru Thursday – 5pm to 5am | Pay Rate: $46.20
• Shift B:
  Thursday thru Sunday – 5am to 5pm | Pay Rate: $46.62
• Shift C:
  Thursday – Sunday – 5pm to 5am | Pay Rate: $48.30
• Shift D:
  Monday thru Friday – 6am to 2:30pm with 25% Overtime | Pay Rate: $42
• Shift E:
  Monday thru Friday – 6pm to 2:30am with 25% Overtime | Pay Rate: $46.20
• Shift F:
  Friday thru Sunday – 6pm to 6am with 25% Overtime | Pay Rate: $48.30

• Setup new production work areas, including tooling and equipment.
• Assist with transition from development to production, including first articles.
• Perform second party verifications and hardware inspections to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written procedures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct malfunctions by modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control.
• Operate various material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, flight vehicle and subassembly transportation equipment, truck‑trailer combinations and other ground support equipment as required.
• Setup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools including, but not limited to, torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, height gauges and optical measuring instruments.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean‑up of work areas to support 5S, FOD, and ESD.
• Ability to work off‑shift, extended overtime, and weekends if/when vital.
• Other duties as assigned or otherwise beneficial to fulfilling the mission and vision.
• Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, fields, and background.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or another relevant field.
• Experience in at least one of the following is required: fluids and tubing install, instrumentation and electrical harness routing, general Aerospace/Launch vehicle assembly.
• Interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions and test procedures.
• Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, fields, and backgrounds.
• Communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and in person.
• Basic digital literacy such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Climb ladders/stairs and work in small, restricted areas.
• Work at heights on work stands and in lifts.
• Perform repetitive work, including lifting of items up to 35 lbs.

• Industry certification, trade school training and/or degree in related field.
• Proven success as a “hands‑on” technical leader.
• Work optimally with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast‑paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.
• Continuous improvement attitude. Our job is never complete; we are always refining and improving.
• Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to optimize it.
• Experience in handling large aerospace components.
• Experience in assembling large tight tolerance structures.
• Experience in new product introduction.
• Experience in a team‑based Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs. Military experience.
