Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: Up to $35/hr on W2

Overview:

seeking a Facilities Plant Maintenance Specialist to support plant and office facility maintenance operations. This role involves hands-on repair, maintenance, construction support, and equipment troubleshooting in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment and machine repairs to support production needs
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Support construction, renovation, and facility repair activities
• Respond to routine maintenance trouble calls
• Use hand and power tools for facility and equipment maintenance
• Follow building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures
• Act as a focal point for equipment repair coordination with internal teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
• Experience supporting facilities maintenance teams
• Experience repairing production equipment and machinery
• Ability to read basic blueprints and follow safety procedures

Education:

High School Diploma/GED required; vocational or technical training preferred.
