Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 7:00am–5:30pm (4x10s!)

Pay: $18.50/hr to start

Experience Required — This Is NOT Entry Level

Are you a hands-on, detail-driven Facility Maintenance expert who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly? Our client, a respected leader in the industrial sector, is looking for a reliable, motivated Facility Maintenance professional to join their team ASAP!

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization across all back-office and shared spaces
• Performing routine cleaning of kitchens, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms & motorsports areas
• Managing consumables: ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies
• Using facility maintenance software to document repairs, tasks, and inventory
• Assisting engineering with small projects (painting, wall repairs, light maintenance)

We’re looking for a candidate who brings skill and a proactive attitude:

• 2+ years experience in custodial or facility maintenance roles in a warehouse environment
• Strong initiative and ability to follow direction
• Comfortable with restroom cleaning and hands-on tasks
• Willingness to learn equipment like forklifts
• Great communication skills for working with vendors & internal teams
