This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Assists with disassembly of systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes. Assists with basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components. Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications. Assists with performs tasks associated with the safe handling of a simple aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations).
Works under supervision.
Daily tasks include repair, modification and or assembly of AH-64 mechanical components.
Required SkillsProficiency in reading, and writing in English along with the ability to be pass certification classes including Torque, Safety Practices, Mixing and Sealant.
Work schedule is Monday – Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm with overtime required on an as needed basis.
Must be able to lift 35lbs and remain standing for extended periods of time.
Pay Rate Range- Min Pay Rate $20
- Max Pay Rate $22
