* Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Facility Maintenance to join their team. As a Facility Maintenance, you will be part of the operations supporting a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

** Pay Range:**  $18.50 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of all back office and shared spaces within the facility.

+ Perform routine cleaning sweeps including kitchens, restrooms, meeting spaces, office areas, and motorsports equipment.

+ Order and replenish consumables throughout various areas to ensure a well-stocked environment.

+ Utilize facility maintenance software to manage and document repairs, maintenance, and supplies reordering.

+ Assist the engineering team with small projects and perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing walls.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in custodial or maintenance roles.

+ Ability to take direction well and show initiative in completing tasks.

+ Comfortable cleaning restrooms and handling various cleaning tasks.

+ Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment such as forklifts.

+ Strong interpersonal skills to forge positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
