this posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
regular and predictable attendance is required.
assist with disassembly of systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes. Assist with basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Perform validation/verification testing of systems and components. Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to specifications. Assist with tasks associated with the safe handling of a simple aerospace vehicle (e.g. Jacking, towing, system operations).
Work under supervision.
daily tasks include repair, modification and/or assembly of ah-64 mechanical components.
required skills- proficiency in reading and writing in english.
- ability to pass certification classes including torque, safetying practices, mixing and sealant.
work schedule is monday – thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm with overtime required on an as needed basis.
must be able to lift 35lbs and remain standing for extended periods of time.
pay rate rangemin pay rate $20 usd
