A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full‑time non‑exempt Environmental Service Worker on the Mesa, AZ campus. The worker provides general cleaning of interior areas—including classrooms, restrooms, offices, public spaces, entryways, patient care facilities, lobbies, conference rooms, study rooms, and research and simulation labs—and exterior entrances, such as emptying trash receptacles, cleaning sidewalks, and lobby door entrances. The role also assists with special event setups and teardowns and may require occasional night and weekend coverage.

Full‑time

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour based on experience.

• Clean designated interior building areas, including dusting/wiping surfaces, sinks, countertops, desks, chairs, windows, fixtures, and ledges.
• Detail clean restrooms.
• Clean hard surfaces and carpet floors.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Re‑stock supply carts, closets, and designated areas.
• Move and set up furniture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to move around freely in a building, including navigating stairs and ramps.
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions from supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work assignments and priorities.
• Ability to identify and solve problems related to cleanliness and safety.
