Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Maintenance Manager
Description
The maintenance Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the entire maintenance department for all the plants electrical and mechanical repairs. The maintenance supervisor is to act as a leader to other employees and also to be involved with hands‑on maintenance duties. This Supervisor role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees and determining the most efficient distribution of work assignments.
The position is entitled to order any necessary parts and manage all relations with various vendors.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of maintenance experience
- Minimum of 4 years of maintenance supervision experience
- Prior experience with "Maintain X" system used by maintenance department (monitors work orders for machines)
- Will only have 1 direct report
- Experience regulating mechanical and electrical repairs
- Develop, approve, and monitor employee schedules within the maintenance department
- Administer relations with outside contractors (Electrician vendor, manage outside services/vendors)
- Repairing/working on machines such as Mitsubishi press machines, KBA Press machines, Bobst Die Cutter machines
- Responsible for all facility maintenance repairs

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
