Floating Team Lead  Evening Cleaner

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Floating Team Lead  Cleaner for North Gilbert, East/North Mesa, and Queen Creek.

Shift: 4 days a week, operations run Monday to Friday. Times can range from 5:30 pm (start) to 10:30 pm (end), rotating Saturdays. Hours range from 3 to 4.5 hours per night, depending on assigned projects.

Pay: $18–$19 /hr + Attractive bonus program + Growth opportunities (dependent on project size and experience) + Payday advance.

• Serve as point of contact for the night manager or supervisor.
• Unlock, lock, and secure facility(s) at shift start and end.
• Communicate supply needs to manager.
• Ensure all team members are on task and assign duties accordingly.
• Report issues with staff, quality, attendance, or performance.
• Support laundry management.
• Assist new hires with training.
• Submit job cards and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure thorough cleaning of assigned area per Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.
• Trash removal, dusting, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, wiping surfaces, restocking paper products and soap dispensers.
• Unclog toilets; use cell phone for daily task report.
• Submit audit quality reports for facilities after cleaning.
• Expect to move 1–3 facilities per night.

• Cleaning experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Team‑oriented, can work independently.
• Excellent work ethic and eye for detail.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds.
