Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Avista Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Cleans/polishes furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in residents rooms, and the communitys living/recreational areas;
Cleans, washes, sanitizes and/or polishes bathroom fixtures and ensures that all water marks are removed from fixtures;
Cleans floors, to include: sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting etc., as instructed, and always ensures that CAUTION/SAFETY signs are properly set-up PRIOR to performing such duties;
Cleans carpets, to include: vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting, as instructed;
Cleans walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing etc., as instructed
