Cleaning Supervisor – East Mesa, AZ (Evening)

Full‑time/Part‑time position, working evenings.

Hours:

5:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Monday‑Friday and Saturdays depending on project).

Pay: $20‑$25 per hour + bonus, payroll advance, and growth opportunities.

Job Purpose: Oversee a cleaning staff at one or more locations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and quality standards are met.

• Ensure HR procedures and policies are followed.
• Document and address team performance.
• Train and retrain staff.
• Ensure staff works effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure staff follows job cards.
• Set weekly agenda for special needs or focus areas.
• Perform inspections and follow‑up inspections.
• Ensure work is within budgeted hours.
• Communicate matters to manager and colleagues daily.
• Work side by side with cleaners and provide feedback.
• Audit facilities for quality checks (at least twice nightly).
• Ensure lights are off and facility is locked and secured.
• Manage laundry and supplies.
• Use cell phone for communication.
• Assist with payroll hour collection.
• Fill in and complete cleaning shifts.
• Assist with detail cleaning as time allows.
• Keep supplies and equipment organized.
• Promote a positive attitude among staff.

• Supervisor experience required.
• Excellent work ethic and customer service.
• Superior attendance record and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift/move garbage bags, push/roll recycling bins.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Dependable, positive, team‑oriented.
