Entry Level House Cleaner Day Shift

Job Title

TWO MAIDS PROFESSIONAL HOUSE CLEANING - ENTRY LEVEL / NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED / WE TRAIN / PAID TRAINING!

Two Maids is a nationwide franchise under Home Franchise Concepts, providing residential house cleaning services in the East Valley cities of Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon/San Tan Valley.

• Partner with one other person daily to service 1-4 homes.
• Work in teams of two, using company supplied chemicals, equipment, and towels.
• Maintain consistent partners daily when possible.
• Adhere to schedule:
  Monday‑Friday 7:15 am‑finished with homes; end time varies based on route completion.
• Self‑manage calendar, demonstrating quality and speed.
• Provide excellent guest experience, communicating in English.

• Collaborate closely with teammates, holding each other accountable.
• Exhibit personal integrity and the company's motto, "Let Life Shine."
• Be comfortable working with varying partners due to scheduling or call‑outs.

• Must speak and understand English for customer communication.

• Ability to bend, stand, twist, stoop, squat, climb, and move repeatedly.
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Be on feet for most of the day.

• Paid sick time.
• W2 commission.
• 5 days PTO after one year of employment.
• Paid training: up to 5 days with training manager.
• Semi‑monthly pay: 5th and 21st.

• Work days:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable car; mileage reimbursed.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and can pass a background check.

• 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check consent.
• Dependable insured automobile; willing to use personal vehicle and receive mileage reimbursement.
• Available Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑5:00 pm (or until finished).
• Accept direction and constructive criticism; learn quickly.
