WhatYou'll Do
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance activities with maintenance staff, contractors and external vendors
- Coordinate between craftsmen, operators, vendors, subject matter experts, and support groups
- Perform job scoping on notifications and work orders to estimate resources required
- Source parts, tools and equipment as needed so that work orders can be executed efficiently
- Use SAP to execute work orders and preventive maintenance and use QMOS to follow up on delays
- Must plan the production schedule with maintenance to maximize uptime and plan outages
- Participate in planning meetings
- Develops structure within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational efficiency
- Ability to adapt, learn and prioritize quickly in a dynamic environment
- Ability to adhere to CMC safety policies and procedures
- Work safely at all times by following safety rules, regulations, and PPE requirements
- All other duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of SAP PM functionalities and integration points
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business
- Able to estimate labor hours, materials and can visualize the job to be performed
- Able to read blue prints
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work with exposure to extremes in temperature, chemical, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
- Demonstrate dependability in attendance, work completions, and flexibility to meet business needs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Minimum of three years experience with an industrial mechanical setting
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
