Service Technician - Genoa Lakes

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies and safety standards.;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work.;
Access and obtain materials and equipment from the maintenance department, track inventory, and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage, and general upkeep.
