Service Technician - The Julia

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs following safety standards and code requirements;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, and equipment from the property maintenance department, track inventory, return unused items, and inform the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Maintain documentation and paperwork for service requests to ensure accurate tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways/pool areas, painting curbs/signage, and performing general upkeep
