Brookfield Properties seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a high‑complexity multi‑unit residential property. You will supervise the maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operations across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
This role requires a High School diploma/GED, 3–4 years on commercial or multi‑unit properties, and strong English communication plus computer/smartphone literacy. HVAC/electrical licenses are preferred.
