Part-time Porter

First Service Residential -  - Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties throughout the lobby, kitchen, hallways, restrooms, common areas and amenities, ensuring all spaces are clean, sanitized and well-supplied;
Maintain the reception area and shared spaces;
Maintain the floors by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing;
Perform general cleaning duties around common areas;
Keep pool area clear of any debris;
Set up, arrange and remove decorations for on site events and meetings;
Perform minor maintenance repairs such as replacing light fixtures, bulbs, power washing etc.
