As a Custodial Team Lead, you’ll ensure our guests have a larger-than-life experience by maintaining cleanliness across auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas. You’ll lead a team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees.

• Leading and developing the custodial team.
• Keeping the facilities clean and safe.
• Ensuring all building and public areas sparkle.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Exceptional cleaning skills.
• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Passion for teaching and teamwork.
• Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina for walking, standing, and twisting.
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (open 365 days).

Team Leads start at $13/hour.

Theatre hours run from 9 AM to 11 PM. Custodial shifts start between 5‑6 AM or 10‑12 PM for overnight coverage.
