Hospital Maintenance Technician III

Prime Healthcare -  -  - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, medical gas, and other systems;
Quickly respond to emergency repair requests, such as system malfunctions or equipment breakdowns, to restore hospital operations without compromising patient care;
Regularly inspect and test critical hospital safety systems such as backup generators, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and life safety equipment to ensure they are functional and compliant with safety standards;
Preventative Maintenance, during regular inspections and checks to prevent breakdowns, like lubricating motors, testing generators, or checking emergency lighting;
Assist with hospital renovation and construction projects; coordinate work with contractors as needed
