Cleaning Attendant

Location: 1500 S Beltline Rd, Mesquite, TX 75149

Reports to: Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a Cleaning Attendant who will be responsible for maintaining club cleanliness and managing daily cleaning and deep cleaning checklists. The cleaning attendant will ensure a welcoming, safe, and healthy club operation.

As a Cleaning Attendant you'll help create a positive and welcoming environment by greeting members and guests with a smile and possibly a high‑five. You'll keep the club clean, organized, and “grand‑opening ready” by following our cleaning playbook and checklists with a strong sense of urgency. Whether you're tidying common areas or answering a member's question, you'll maintain a clean and energetic space that reflects the Crunch brand.

You prefer a consistent schedule, are dependable, steady, and predictable. You are resolute and committed to your duties, preferring to finish one task before starting another. Even if you enjoy small talk, you concentrate on the current assignment.

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and occasional high‑five
• Perform cleaning activities in accordance with the cleaning playbook and checklists
• Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure cleaning requirements are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed

• Ability to execute performance expectations and maintain cleanliness
• Experience in a service‑oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

• Frequent lifting or moving up to 50 pounds; may require standing or bending for prolonged hours
