Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, medical gas, and other systems to ensure a safe and operational healthcare environment;
Respond quickly to emergency repair requests to restore hospital operations without compromising patient care;
Regularly inspect and test critical hospital safety systems such as backup generators, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and life safety equipment to ensure they are functional and compliant with safety standards;
Assist with hospital renovation and construction projects; coordinate work with contractors as needed;
Support emergency response and facility projects while coordinating with staff and contractors to minimize disruption to patient care
