Plumb Supply Company is looking for a dependable person with a great attitude, attention to detail, and a team player to join their Mexico, MO team. We offer opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, competitive pay, paid vacation, and health insurance.

This is a full‑time position working 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as required.

• Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/sales.
• Demonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate the company's competitive advantage.
• Load and unload trucks using dollies, dolly carts, forklifts, and other tools as needed.
• Provide customer service by answering questions, placing, picking, and loading customer orders.
• Unload, inspect, store, and shift incoming stock.
• General warehouse duties assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Local deliveries to customer's shops or job sites.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Demonstrate an ability to create a positive work environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Must obtain a Class E driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Must pass pre‑employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check).

This position is designated as a Flex Position within the union bargaining unit and is subject to the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement.
