Groundskeeper

Job Overview

As a Groundskeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the building/facility.

• Cut grass, maintain lawn, trim around trees, walkways, and markers.
• Clear debris and keep drives and walkways in safe condition.
• Assist in loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and/or merchandise.
• Maintain, service, clean, and properly store equipment.
• Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Experience using handheld tools such as weed cutter, push mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum, blower, etc.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines concerning storage and use of chemical substances.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs with proper safety procedures.
• Work in an upright standing position for long periods.
• Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (max 3 ft).
• Work in different environmental conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain).
• Walk and climb stairs.
• Handle, grasp, and manipulate objects and equipment.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Navigate the property/building quickly as required.
• Repeat various motions with wrists, hands, and fingers.

Sunday to Thursday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with Friday and Saturday off.

Full‑time non‑exempt associate eligible for comprehensive benefits including multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. Time‑off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

$18 per hour.
