As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, your day will start with a review of the maintenance log, addressing any pending issues to ensure that all systems are fully operational for the day ahead.

Your expertise in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems will be essential as you perform both routine repairs and preventive maintenance on the hotels’ critical systems.

Throughout the day, you’ll respond to maintenance requests from various departments, ensuring that everything from guest rooms to common areas is in perfect condition.

You will collaborate closely with housekeeping, front desk, and other teams to coordinate maintenance activities seamlessly.

You’ll conduct regular inspections to identify any areas in need of attention, keep meticulous records, and contribute to longer‑term projects such as renovations or sustainable upgrades.

Safety is a priority; you will identify any hazards and address them promptly, and you will be on call for urgent issues outside of regular hours.

• Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Problem‑solving skills with a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including on‑call emergencies.
• Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Certification in maintenance‑related fields is a plus.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

This position requires full availability during mornings and afternoons; a shift of 8 hours can be arranged between 6:00am and 12:00am, with weekends required.
