Overnight Fitness Studio Cleaner & Lead Miami South , FL

The Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead will work the route between Miami Beach and Wynwood each night, cleaning two high‑end fitness studios. Nights are Mon/Wed/Thu/Sat (4 nights per week), scheduling 2‑hour shifts, 8 hours per week, ~35 hours per month.

• Clean reformers, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas at both locations each night, following a bilingual checklist.
• Take before‑and‑after photos and clock in/out with the mobile app.
• Coordinate the overnight route, stay on schedule, and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Support the Lead with supply inventory and restocking coordination.
• Assist with attendance, coverage continuity, and same‑night replacement coordination when needed.

• Cleaner: $17 /hr;
  Lead: $19 /hr.
• Performance bonuses: $20 per 4–5 star client rating; streak bonuses at 10/25/50/100 consecutive shifts ($25/$50/$100/$200); solo coverage bonuses.
• Potential earnings: approximately $1,500–$1,700+ per month with perfect ratings.

• Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
• Experience using a mobile app for clocking in/out and completing tasks.
• Ability to take before‑and‑after photos with a smartphone.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal vehicle for driving between locations during overnight shifts.
• Availability to work overnight shifts (≈11:00 pm–1:30 am) on a fixed schedule.

• Experience cleaning fitness studios or other high‑end customer‑facing environments.
• Experience performing deep‑cleaning tasks in restrooms and public areas.
• Experience tracking and restocking cleaning supplies or basic inventory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience coordinating with a lead or supervisor to report issues and support shift coverage continuity.

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle, a smartphone, and the ability to work overnight independently.
• Prior commercial/janitorial cleaning experience and supervisory experience (for Lead role) are a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
